House rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• No smoking inside, extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied

• Pets considered (must sign Pet Waiver)

• No parties or events

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm

• No direct access to the beach - Walking distance to Miller Road (Click here for directions) or drive to Janeville Beach (Click here for directions)

• Please wash your dishes after use and put the dishwasher on before departure

• If guests are found to have had a party without permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, then guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
